Define your narrative. Filter your decisions.

I help founders design the story that aligns leadership, brand, team, and capital — so decisions become obvious.

Most founders don't lack strategy.
They lack alignment.

You chase product-market fit, investor timelines, hiring decisions, and brand positioning—all while the narrative beneath your business drifts. When your story is undefined, every decision becomes reactive. Growth becomes fragile. Teams misalign.

You’re not short on ideas. You’re short on alignment.

Every decision feels defensible — but not all feel true.

And over time, that drift compounds.

Your story determines
your decisions.

Undefined identity creates reactive growth. When you clarify the narrative that defines your business, leadership becomes coherent. Strategy becomes inevitable. Teams align. Capital conversations shift. You stop building what the market pulls from you and start building what only you can build.

Identity & Story Architecture

Build Forward Intentionally

My Story

I've spent two decades across real estate development, early-stage startups, founder mentorship, and building a narrative-focused audience on YouTube. I've watched founders scale companies and lose themselves. I've seen others build with clarity and create enduring impact. The difference was never a strategy. It was a story. It took my wife, who was completing a PhD in leadership, to help me understand the importance of identity when leading a business and how designing a story that aligns with leadership can have a major impact on success.
