Meet the Founder
I’m Shane Fleming - an operator and founder who mentors ambitious operators on leadership, leverage, and long-term value.
Over the past number of years, I’ve built and worked across startups, real estate, and investing - often at the messy intersection where decisions actually matter. That work has included founding and building PropGen, launching FlemingRE, and, more recently, working on BitCense, a platform focused on real estate tokenisation and capital markets infrastructure.
